So, it seems while we’ve all been busy, yet another year slipped by. Is it just my imagination, or does each fresh one seem to get past more quickly than the previous one?
How about we have a quick state-of-the-union post to get the year started off right? Well, perhaps not exactly a union, in fact, quite the opposite. One of the things that occurred during 2017 was my split from Paper Gold Publishing; purely a business decision as the company went through some changes that I decided were not the best for me. I wish the company and everyone involved nothing but good fortune and success.
On the writing stand point, 2017 was a much more productive year. The fourth book in the Small Gods series is finished and percolating in a virtual drawer as I’ve delved over 50,000 words into the first draft of book 5. Both books will be published in the first half of 2018 with the sixth and final volume to be released before the end of the year. Not long now before Teryk, Danya, et al meet their fates. I’ll keep you all updated on the blog, but you can also subscribe to my newsletter if you want to stay on top of things.
All the best to everyone for the year to come. Let’s promise to stay in touch.
